Company
An integrator inside a
fourteen-year group.
HAAK Energy Solutions Co. builds solar, storage and steel under one contract from Riyadh. The company is part of Alchemist Energy Group, established more than fourteen years ago.
01 · Who we are
A contracting company, set up to hold the whole scope.
HAAK designs, integrates and installs renewable energy systems for utility and commercial & industrial sites in the Kingdom. The company was set up to do one thing properly: take the engineering, the equipment, the structures and the crews, put them under a single contract, and remain answerable for the result after handover.
Engineering
Electrical and structural packages, load studies, yield simulation, BOQ.
Fabrication
Steel structures built in-Kingdom in Al-Qassim, to the site sequence.
Execution
Civil and mechanical crews, assembly, testing, commissioning, handover.
Service
O&M, monitoring, fault diagnosis and training after switch-on.
02 · The group
Fourteen years of energy markets, now applied to building the plant.
Alchemist Energy Group has worked in energy across the Middle East and Africa for more than fourteen years — buying, trading and moving energy, and living with the supply chains that feed it. That background shows up in how HAAK contracts: procurement that assumes freight and clearance will move, programmes that plan fabrication instead of discovering it, and a bias toward equipment whose service network actually reaches the site.
The group is the parent brand. HAAK is the operating company that designs, builds and services the systems — the name on the contract, the drawings and the commissioning sheets.
One party answerable from site survey to service. That is the whole proposition, and it is why the company exists as a separate contracting entity.
03 · The platform
What sits inside the company.
Six disciplines under one contract, so the client is not left arbitrating between a PV contractor, a battery supplier, a steel fabricator and a service crew.
04 · Delivery partners
Who we build with.
Perfect Solar System
Saudi solar EPC and steel manufacturer, based in Al-Qassim. PSS fabricates the mounting structures HAAK specifies at Riyadh Al-Khabra, and supplies the EPC crews that execute on site.
BLUETTI
Battery manufacturer and control integrator operating in 120+ countries. BLUETTI supplies the cells, packs, battery management and controls; HAAK sizes, integrates and services the storage block.
Module and inverter brands specified by HAAK — LONGi, Jinko Solar, JA Solar, Astronergy, AIKO; GoodWe, VEICHI, INVT, ROYAL, MULTIFIT, NPP — are supplied through the platform, with manufacturer authorisation letters issued per project.
05 · Where we work
Al-Jouf, Al-Qassim, Hail — and Kingdom-wide.
The executed portfolio sits in the north and centre of the Kingdom: utility-scale ground mount at Safwa Al-Jouf, institutional ground mount at Kuwaiti Waqf in Al-Qassim, and a selected regional portfolio of 12 MWp across Qassim, Al-Jouf and Hail. Cumulative executed solar stands at 21.5+ MWp, with 30+ MW under O&M and 200+ MW designed for other parties.
Capacities as reported by PSS. Client names and handover certificates are issued per project.
06 · What we sign for
Delivered and answerable.
HAAK works on EPC. What follows is what we sign for; scope and limits are set per project in the commercial offer.
| Commitment | What it means |
|---|---|
| Single point of responsibility | One party answerable for design, supply, build and service |
| Design basis | Yield modelled before award; commissioning against the design |
| Testing and commissioning | Documented tests, compliance, witnessed handover |
| Warranty and defects | Position stated in the commercial offer, per project |
| Operation and maintenance | Preventive service and fault response; SLA stated in the commercial offer, per project |
| Local presence | In-Kingdom fabrication, crews and service support |
Next step
Send us the site.
A location, a load profile and a single-line diagram are enough to start. We come back with the engineering and a savings case.
